The Content:"The
Community Television Workshop Of Central Florida"
July 12th the city of Sanford Alive After 5 committee hosted their
"Salute To The
Troop". Those serving in our Armed Forces at home and abroad,
and their families.
What an occasion. All branches of the military were present
and accounted for, as
well as an impressive list of VIP's. Guest of honor VIP, Pearl
Harbor survivor Clint
Westbrook. Also on the VIP list was the very first African
American paratrooper from
Headquarters 555th Parachute Infantry Battalion (The Triple Nicles),
1st Sgt Walter Morris,
and Tuskegee Airmen Chief Master Sgt Richard R. Hall. What an
occasion for those
that participated.
