THE CURRICULUM
Preparing our youth to
understand how to approach this industry for
employment as a career is something that we will start with "from the
ground up"!
The Community Television Workshop of Central
Florida may begin to approach
its curriculum much differently than most others. Coming from a
career of some 35
years in this industry, and approaching with our young people in mind, I
found it
important to present them with "options". And not to say
that traditional curriculums
do not, but here at The Community Television Workshop of Central
Florida, it is our
intention to add to those options, as a result of our experience in the
industry.
Television production, post-production are very much a
part of where this will go, as
well as "master control operation", "transmission and video signal
analysis", "television
signal distribution and delivery", and "design and implementation".
