We are going to take a moment and tell you as much as we can about
Mr. Frank H. & Montez Lewenthal - Harris, and what part they had in
the growth of Sanford, Florida.  Much of this part of the history of Sanford
is embedded deep inside of the "Community" ... and known only to those
who are in that Community ...    Any information regarding " The Harris' "
would be greatly appreciated!

"THE HARRIS NEST" ... this 110 year old home, that belonged to
Frank & Montez Harris. They had it built in 1898, and their family grew and
prospered here. Today is the home offices of
GOLDENRULE HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORP, INC
... a 501 (c)(3), 1st Time Homebuyers program here in Seminole County, Florida,
and are HUD Certified Housing Counselors.
The 2nd floor offices are evolving into a 'business incubator', that is needed for
the growth of businesses in our community.

    Frank Harris H. Harris of Sanford and Montez Lewenthal - Harris were
married on April 7, 1901 ( we found that in the Florida Genealogy Internet files)
... and we are continuing to look in our local museums and other resources for
any additional photo's and documentation.
