So why not !!! ... Why not I begin this ...
I could have been  18 or 19 years old, living at home in Amityville, L.I.
and really into the Manhattan Center, The Paladium scene ... doing my
thing ... and FM radio was trying get a 'footing' in the quality
conscientiousness of this New York Metro area. 
This is where 'Symphony Sid' and 'Sid's Action House there in Long
Beach, etched this love ... a fan of ... MUSIC! ( beep, beep, ahhhh
beep, beep )
This is where and how WRVR-FM touched me!

This site is a tribute to first ... New York Radio ... Black Radio, and
"all" of the people who had the imagination, the musical creativity to
create the brand of music that 'MOVED  ME'!
